Return Policy:


Damaged or Defective Products:
We understand that receiving a damaged or defective photo frame can be frustrating. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly accept a return or provide a replacement. To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must be in a damaged or defective condition upon arrival and you may request a return within the day itself.

Opened or Used Products:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on photo frames that have been opened or used.

Negligence or Improper Usage:
We do not cover damages caused by neglect, improper handling, or incorrect usage. Please ensure that you handle and display your photo frame with care to avoid any damage.

Packing and Transit Damage:
To ensure your return is protected during transit, please pack the product securely. If we receive a damaged item due to inadequate packaging on your end, we reserve the right to discard the product upon arrival, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

 

Return Process:

For a return, please reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. When contacting us, kindly provide the following details:

  • Phone Number

Once your return request is approved, carefully package the product to ensure it is returned in its original condition. You don’t need to worry about the return shipping process—our trusted courier partner will come to pick up the parcel. Please pack the item as you received it to avoid any damage during transit.

Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to confirm the condition and reason for the return. If everything is in order, we will proceed with either a refund or replacement, subject to the terms outlined above.

  • Credit timeframe: The refund will be credited within 7-10 business days, and will be credited to the original payment method.

Failed Online Transactions:

For failed online transactions, refunds will be processed automatically to the source account. Please note that this may take up to 7 working days. We do not retain any funds from failed transactions.
